Nobody acts on a number they don't quite trust. So I build the trust too.

Eight years across startups and large enterprises: pipelines, governance, and the dashboards that sit on top of them. I founded the data function at a fintech from scratch; most recently I built and maintained attribution reporting infrastructure on dbt and BigQuery for Endeavour Group's loyalty and personalisation team.

From schema to sideline: referees score real games on what I designed and built.

Designed and shipped a production Postgres schema behind three of the four apps, each with different read/write patterns, then handed the league an organiser console so it configures seasons, divisions and rules without me.

Modelled nine sites' worth of occupancy, pricing and resale data into a governed mart layer, then stress-tested every claim before it reached a board deck.

The team nobody had measured was handling the most active customers

Built a treated group of 364 against a control of 1,132 and ran a three-stage non-parametric test chain, then quantified the selection effect that keeps the headline number an association rather than a cause.

Status

I've owned both ends of the pipeline: bringing data in, transforming and governing it, and then handling the insight and the senior-stakeholder conversation on the other side. I keep getting pulled back for that: someone who can fix the plumbing and stand in front of an executive team with a number they can trust. A revenue model I built from scratch is still in production years after I left.
