Eight years across startups and large enterprises: pipelines, governance, and the dashboards that sit on top of them. I founded the data function at a fintech from scratch; most recently I built and maintained attribution reporting infrastructure on dbt and BigQuery for Endeavour Group's loyalty and personalisation team.

From schema to sideline: referees score real games on what I designed and built.

Designed and shipped a production Postgres schema behind three of the four apps, each with different read/write patterns, including an offline-first PWA that referees use to score real games pitch-side.

I've owned both ends of the pipeline: bringing data in, transforming and governing it, and then handling the insight and the senior-stakeholder conversation on the other side.
